How do eChecks Work?
Our service works by providing you a fast, secure and cost-effective way to accept your customer’s payment! Once your account is created you can start accepting payments immediately. In your virtual terminal you will be able to manually run transactions simply by entering your customers routing number and bank account number. You can also send an e-invoice to your customer via email. If you have an ecommerce site, you can integrate our free plug-in directly into your shopping cart.
You can choose how your funds get deposited:
ACH
Approvals only for well qualified merchants. Funds are electronically transferred directly into your checking account after the check clears... generally 4 business days
RCC - Remotely Created Check
Approvals guaranteed! Must be U.S. based business, properly formed, selling legal goods or services. No Telemarketing firms.

1) Direct Deposit
- Checks are physically deposited into your bank account NEXT BUSINESS DAY
- You must have an account at an In-Network Bank.

2) Mobile Deposit your Checks - Most Popular
- Receive a scanned version of each check NEXT BUSINESS DAY via email
- Using your cell phone or tablet, open your bank's App, snap a picture of the check and then, Mobile Deposit the check
- Works with any U.S. based Bank except Online Only Banks
- Most cost effective method!
3) Print your Own your own Checks
- Receive a "ready-for-print" version of each check NEXT BUSINESS DAY via email
- Using check stock paper (available through us or Amazon) print each check on your own printer!
- Deposit the checks yourself at your local bank.
- Simple and easy!
4) Receive Checks by Mail
- Receive checks via USPS or UPS at your location. You choose the method, USPS Priority or UPS Next Day. You deposit.
- Or have your bank receive and deposit the checks
- Bank authorization may be required if sending directly to bank.
- Shipping charges apply!
Once deposited, just like any other check, funds usually clear within 48 hours. Check with your bank to determine the status of any particular check and your bank's Fund Availability policy.
